“I would like to share my misshapen breasts experience when I received breast augmentation surgery at a clinic, in order to warn people who are going to have breast enhancement before they make a decision. Before I had breast augmentation for the first time my breasts fit to a bra cup A to B. Therefore, I decided to have a breast augmentation surgery at a cosmetic clinic that looked standard. A doctor provided all information including price, silicone shape, possible complications, etc. Then, I agreed to have breast augmentation surgery using 330 ml. of unknown brand silicone priced at about 100,000 THB with the misunderstanding that this was high quality silicone.”
Suddenly misshapen breast during exercise one day!
“I experienced obviously misshapen breasts within one year after having breast augmentation which cost about 100,000 THB. The silicone in the left breast flipped over and caused uneven breasts and sagging.”

I would never return to that clinic, because I felt cheated, and I don’t trust them anymore. So I looked for another clinic to repair my deformed breast as soon as possible.”
I was shocked! Since I realized that! Made in China and degenerated silicone was implanted to me.
“I needed to find another clinic to repair my augmented breasts and so I looked for the best clinic. Later on, I found out that the serial number of the silicone should be informed by the doctor after the breast enhancement surgery has been done! In addition, a surgeon of SLC also found silicone that was made in China and degenerated was put into to me, and any number of complications to my breasts might have occurred if I missed repairing it in time. I was shocked and cried when I saw the rumpled silicone and uneven sizes. Why did they do like this to me?!”

8 things! Before breast augmentation surgery
1. Asking for the surgeon name so you can check by searching in the medical database of The Medical Council of Thailand http://www.tmc.or.th/check_md in order to ensure that the surgery will be performed by a specialist, without cheating.
2. Looking for a silicone brand with long life quality guaranteed from USA, and which can be sent to be rechecked with a manufacturer if any problem with silicone occurs.
3. You have to make sure that you will get the silicone serial number and the silicone quality certificate, in order to be able to claim for new silicone in case any problems occur, such as rupturing or misshaping. !! Keeping the silicone serial number with you is required.
4. Silicone bag surface types: including
1. Smooth-surface
2. Textured surface like fine sandpaper
The difference between 2 types are that the smooth surface silicone creates more natural breasts and provides a lower chance of rippling once placed, whereas with the textured silicone the surface of the implant adheres to the tissue around it, keeping them in their initial position. However, success of breast augmentation does not only depend on the silicone surface but it also relies on the surgical technique as well.

6. Placement of the implant (either or under-the-muscle)

There are different advantages between 2 techniques. Breast massage of the submuscular technique is more often required compared to the subglandular technique.
